CD36

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD36 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD36-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2F1, OR2A14, and ZP2. Each is linked with CD36 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD36-to-partner and partner-to-CD36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2F1 grouped by CD36-low versus CD36-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD36→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
