Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD2BP2-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,875 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD2BP2-DT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCTPP1, PARN, and LCMT1. Each is linked with CD2BP2-DT in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD2BP2-DT-to-partner and partner-to-CD2BP2-DT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD2BP2-DT versus DCTPP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
