Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CD2BP2-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CD2BP2-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher CD2BP2-DT RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CD2BP2-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and LUAD show a favorable association.

MESO, UVM, and LUAD are the cancer types where CD2BP2-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
