CD274

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD274 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,790 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD274-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TYMP, WAS, and PLEK. Each is linked with CD274 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD274-to-partner and partner-to-CD274 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD274 versus TYMP in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD274→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD274) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
