Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD274 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,320 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD274-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNFSF13B, TFEC, and CCL8. Each is linked with CD274 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD274-to-partner and partner-to-CD274 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD274 versus TNFSF13B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD274→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD274) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
