Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD274 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 820 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD274-associated genes across cancer lineages are BAG3, SAR1B, and CENPH. Each is linked with CD274 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD274-to-partner and partner-to-CD274 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BAG3 grouped by CD274-low versus CD274-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD274→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD274) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
