Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD274 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD274-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC60, C1orf146, and OR2H1. Each is linked with CD274 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD274-to-partner and partner-to-CD274 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC60 grouped by CD274-low versus CD274-high in OVARY.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD274→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD274) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
