CD244

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD244 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,041 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD244-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPA3P16, ELF2P3, and RNU6-39P. Each is linked with CD244 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD244-to-partner and partner-to-CD244 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPA3P16 grouped by CD244-low versus CD244-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD244→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD244) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
