Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD226 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,804 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD226-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WAS, WIPF1, and ZAP70. Each is linked with CD226 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD226-to-partner and partner-to-CD226 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD226 versus WAS in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD226→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD226) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
