Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD226 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,693 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD226-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF831, GRAP2, and ITK. Each is linked with CD226 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD226-to-partner and partner-to-CD226 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD226 versus ZNF831 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.95.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD226→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD226) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
