CD209

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD209 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,495 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD209-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4804, C1orf174, and UHRF1. Each is linked with CD209 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD209-to-partner and partner-to-CD209 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4804 grouped by CD209-low versus CD209-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD209→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD209) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
