CD200

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD200 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,834 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD200-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAPGEF2, UVRAG, and FOXO3B. Each is linked with CD200 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD200-to-partner and partner-to-CD200 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD200 versus RAPGEF2 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD200→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD200) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
