CD200

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD200 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,044 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD200-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD116-11, RN7SL98P, and OR1D4. Each is linked with CD200 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD200-to-partner and partner-to-CD200 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD116-11 grouped by CD200-low versus CD200-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD200→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD200) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
