CD1C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD1C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,078 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED19, POC1A, and TRUB2. Each is linked with CD1C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD1C-to-partner and partner-to-CD1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MED19 grouped by CD1C-low versus CD1C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
