CD1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are HPGDS, OR6F1, and OR1M1. Each is linked with CD1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD1A-to-partner and partner-to-CD1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HPGDS grouped by CD1A-low versus CD1A-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
