CD180

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD180 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,613 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD180-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBFA, ATP5F1B, and SLC66A2. Each is linked with CD180 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD180-to-partner and partner-to-CD180 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBFA grouped by CD180-low versus CD180-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD180→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD180) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
