Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD163L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,681 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD163L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WIPF1, CD163L1_S1402, and DAB2. Each is linked with CD163L1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD163L1-to-partner and partner-to-CD163L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD163L1 versus WIPF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
