Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD163L1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,501 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD163L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR15, FCMR, and GFRA2. Each is linked with CD163L1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD163L1-to-partner and partner-to-CD163L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD163L1 versus GPR15 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
