Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD163L1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD163L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and FoxM1. Each is linked with CD163L1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD163L1-to-partner and partner-to-CD163L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by CD163L1-low versus CD163L1-high in UCEC.
