Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CD151 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CD151 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher CD151 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CD151 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, ESCA, and COAD are the cancer types where CD151 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
