CD151

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD151 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,046 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD151-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPS8L2, UBE2O, and SSH3. Each is linked with CD151 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD151-to-partner and partner-to-CD151 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD151 versus EPS8L2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD151→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD151) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
