Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD151 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,920 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD151-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASSF7, POLR2L, and UCK2. Each is linked with CD151 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD151-to-partner and partner-to-CD151 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD151 versus RASSF7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD151→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD151) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
