Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD151 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,596 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD151-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4727, RN7SL544P, and MAP3K4-AS1. Each is linked with CD151 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD151-to-partner and partner-to-CD151 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4727 grouped by CD151-low versus CD151-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD151→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD151) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
