Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD151 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD151-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and INPP4B. Each is linked with CD151 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD151-to-partner and partner-to-CD151 results are reported.
