Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD151 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD151-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, ETDC, and CDH20. Each is linked with CD151 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD151-to-partner and partner-to-CD151 results are reported.
