CD109

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD109 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,346 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD109-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGA5, PLOD1, and AHNAK2_S3408. Each is linked with CD109 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD109-to-partner and partner-to-CD109 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD109 versus ITGA5 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD109→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD109) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
