CD109

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD109 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,576 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD109-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRPX2, TSHZ3, and ADAMTS12. Each is linked with CD109 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD109-to-partner and partner-to-CD109 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD109 versus SRPX2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD109→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD109) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
