CD109

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD109 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,279 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD109-associated genes across cancer lineages are C12orf43, CDC25C, and RACGAP1. Each is linked with CD109 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD109-to-partner and partner-to-CD109 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C12orf43 grouped by CD109-low versus CD109-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD109→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD109) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
