CCZ1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCZ1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCZ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE12E, OR10T2, and APOC4. Each is linked with CCZ1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCZ1-to-partner and partner-to-CCZ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAGE12E grouped by CCZ1-low versus CCZ1-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCZ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCZ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
