CCT7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCT7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,471 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCT7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCT2, CCT3, and CCT4. Each is linked with CCT7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCT7-to-partner and partner-to-CCT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCT7 versus CCT2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.93.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
