CCT7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCT7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,834 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are BNIP3P35, PRR23D2, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with CCT7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCT7-to-partner and partner-to-CCT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BNIP3P35 grouped by CCT7-low versus CCT7-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
