CCT4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,276 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6769B, RNU6-933P, and RNU6-458P. Each is linked with CCT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCT4-to-partner and partner-to-CCT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6769B grouped by CCT4-low versus CCT4-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
