CCSER2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCSER2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,433 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCSER2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DIP2C_S89, VCL, and NHLRC2. Each is linked with CCSER2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCSER2-to-partner and partner-to-CCSER2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCSER2 versus DIP2C_S89 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCSER2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCSER2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
