CCSAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCSAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,931 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCSAP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC4, CDK1, and SMC2. Each is linked with CCSAP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCSAP-to-partner and partner-to-CCSAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCSAP versus SMC4 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCSAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCSAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
