Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCR6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCR6-associated genes across cancer lineages are UTF1, MAGEB5, and IL26. Each is linked with CCR6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCR6-to-partner and partner-to-CCR6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UTF1 grouped by CCR6-low versus CCR6-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCR6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCR6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
