CCR5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCR5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCR5-associated genes across cancer lineages are DIRC1, OR4F4, and VN1R3. Each is linked with CCR5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCR5-to-partner and partner-to-CCR5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DIRC1 grouped by CCR5-low versus CCR5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCR5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCR5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
