Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,775 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL392P, CYCSP49, and RPL31P47. Each is linked with CCR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCR3-to-partner and partner-to-CCR3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
