Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNYL7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,226 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCNYL7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CARMIL1_S1331, THUMPD1, and MFAP1_S53. Each is linked with CCNYL7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNYL7-to-partner and partner-to-CCNYL7 results are reported.
