Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCNYL7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CCNYL7 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher CCNYL7 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCNYL7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and READ show a favorable association.
HNSC, READ, and COAD are the cancer types where CCNYL7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
