The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher CCNYL2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCNYL2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where CCNYL2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
