Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNYL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,037 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCNYL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine modification, mRNA transport, and Regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with CCNYL2 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNYL2-to-partner and partner-to-CCNYL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-lysine modification grouped by CCNYL2-low versus CCNYL2-high in STAD.
