Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNYL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCNYL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, ACC_pS79, and GATA6. Each is linked with CCNYL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNYL2-to-partner and partner-to-CCNYL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by CCNYL2-low versus CCNYL2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNYL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNYL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
