CCNYL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNYL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 900 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNYL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6780B, RNA5SP436, and ZNF436. Each is linked with CCNYL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNYL1-to-partner and partner-to-CCNYL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6780B grouped by CCNYL1-low versus CCNYL1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNYL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNYL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
