CCNQP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNQP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 84 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNQP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBLIM1P1, MIR4727, and RN7SL718P. Each is linked with CCNQP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNQP1-to-partner and partner-to-CCNQP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FBLIM1P1 grouped by CCNQP1-low versus CCNQP1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNQP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNQP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
