Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCNQP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CCNQP1 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher CCNQP1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCNQP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and READ show a favorable association.

KIRC, LUAD, and COAD are the cancer types where CCNQP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
