Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 115 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCNP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL148P, MIR4435-2, and OTOS. Each is linked with CCNP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNP-to-partner and partner-to-CCNP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL148P grouped by CCNP-low versus CCNP-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
