CCNO

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCNO RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,509 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNO-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCIDAS, CCDC189, and RHPN1. Each is linked with CCNO in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNO-to-partner and partner-to-CCNO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCNO versus MCIDAS in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNO→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
