Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCNL1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCNL1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher CCNL1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCNL1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, LIHC, and COAD are the cancer types where CCNL1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
