CCNK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,549 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNK-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP26, RNU6-284P, and RNY1P8. Each is linked with CCNK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNK-to-partner and partner-to-CCNK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP26 grouped by CCNK-low versus CCNK-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNK→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
