CCNJ

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNJ RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,086 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNJ-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PBRM1, NCOA5, and PDS5A. Each is linked with CCNJ in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNJ-to-partner and partner-to-CCNJ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCNJ versus PBRM1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNJ→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNJ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
